Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads (e-books, PDFs, and other digital formats) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues with a digital download, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If you have not yet accessed your download link, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Physical Products
For physical books and printed materials, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., damaged item, wrong book shipped).
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the product ships or the digital content is released. Once the item has shipped or the digital download becomes available, standard refund policies for physical or digital products apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
